iPE Ferrari 458 Titanium: lighter and louder
iPE Titanium makes you lighter and louder at the same time. Our titanium exhaust system consists of a cat-bypass pipe and our trademark Valvetronic muffler with tips and remote control module. We truly talk about exhaust en-light-ment here: total weight is only 10.12 kg. That is a weight reduction of 60.4% to the stock exhaust (15.88 kg less than stock exhaust with 26 kg). F1 sound at its finest together with increased performance guarantee an unforgettable racing experience. The exhaust is designed with love to the smallest details.

Only our long experience and dedication make it possible to produce a state-of-the-art F1 exhaust by using just the right balance between modern machinery and precise craftsmanship. Reduced back pressure and maximum flow for both increased torque at low rpm and horsepower at high rpm are the reward for upgrading your Ferrari 458 Italia/Spider with iPE. The remote control makes it possible to switch between open, closed, and auto mode, by the push of a button. Being able to control the exhaust valves manually and automatically opens up whole new dimensions when it comes to fun behind the steering wheel.

Our high end exhaust system consists of a set of headers, a Valvetronic muffler, and a dual exit system, which produces a lower sound at the low speed range, while it impresses with pure racing sound at high rpm.

HEADERS PERFORMANCE LINE F1 VERSION. Lightweight headers engineered by iPE:s developement team for maximum performance. Headers (or exhaust manifolds) are the first piping of the exhaust system that directly connects to the cylinders of the engine and collects the exhaust gases into one pipe. The purpose of headers is to increase performance by enhancing the exhaust flow for maximum power gains. iPE headers are specifically designed for maximum performance. Thanks to the precise calculations of pipe length, pipe diameter, and pipe bending, iPE headers generate optimal flow of exhaust gases which results in maximum power gains. If you are looking for best performance, weight reduction more power and sound, these optional headers are a must!

 

HALF SYSTEM – VALVETRONIC MUFFLERS & CAT PIPES PERFORMANCE LINE F1 VERSION – iPE’s Valvetronic exhaust systems essentially upgrade two aspects: performance and sound. Performance: When the valves are closed, torque can be increased enormously at the lower rpm range. When the valves are open, dramatic horsepower gains can be reached at the higher rpm range. Sound: With closed valves, the exhaust sound is sporty but comfortably quiet. All vibrating, drone resonance (annoying frequencies inside the car at certain rpm) are cancelled out, so that the driver and passengers can experience a comfort and relaxed ride. With open valves, the exhaust sound becomes as sporty and breathtaking as it gets. The trademark sound of iPE can now be enjoyed without limitations.

CARBON TIPS: The most expensive lightweight racing material – genuine carbon fiber, imprinted with the iPE logotype. Carbon fiber tips is optional to all iPE exhaust Systems.

 

GOLDEN TIPS: Golden tips is standard on iPE:s Titanium GOLD systems, for all other systems they are optional. If you are looking for the newest and cooles for performance cars, GOLD is for you! All tips are imprinted with the iPE logotype.

 

TITANIUM BLUE TIPS: Cool racing heated tips for your performance car. All tips are imprinted with the iPE logotype. Optional for all systems.

 

CHROME SILVER TIPS: Standard tips, included in the system price. All tips are imprinted with the iPE logotype.

For all our clients we offer Dyno Run to really get the improvements on paper. You will get two readings to compare, first with original settings and secondly after remapping and installation of exhaust system. Availability of Dyno Run service is due to seasonal demand.

The Ferrari 458 with a 4.5 liter V8 engine has original power/torque: 570Hp/540Nm improves with 3% to 591Hp/562Nm. iPE:s Titanium system adds even more power/torque! On iPE:s DYNO they measured an increase of 15 Hp at 8200 rpm and 19.6 Nm at 7400 rpm. Together with remapping of your car it improves performance and handling beyond normal standards.
