Minimum weight and maximum sound are the name of the game. Our titanium exhaust system consists of our trademark Valvetronic muffler with tips. We use the original actuators to control the valves. Our GT3 titanium exhaust is a super lightweight with only 12.17 kg. That is a weight reduction of 53.1% to the original weight of the stock exhaust with 26.0 kg: a weight saving of phenomenal 13.83 kg. The iPE titanium exhaust offers plenty of advantages. Improved handling thanks to the much lighter rear end of the car, as well as increased performance.

The exhaust valves make it possible to improve both torque and horsepower, while the muffler internals were designed to specifically attack power gains and create our trademark F1 sound. iPE is famous for performance and F1 sound at its finest. The new lightweight titanium exhaust for 991 GT3 opens up entirely new worlds. F1 Racing Sound and Everyday Usability Become One with Ipe. The Porsche 991 takes the legendary 911 series to the next level. With its flat-six 3.8 liter, sky-high 9000 rpm engine and its tremendous handling, it is considered by many as one of the best supercars for the road and the track. At the same time, many criticize the sound of the stock exhaust system, as it fails to translate the real FEEL this German masterpiece of engineering should deliver for the ultimate driving experience. But there is no need to worry, because our full exhaust system is the solution you were looking for.

Our Valvetronic exhaust system for the Porsche 991 GT3 comes with headers and 200-cpsi sport catalysts in refined stainless T304 steel. The headers, sport catalysts, and the optimized valve-controlled muffler work together in total harmony to deliver a maximum increase in power and a breathtaking sound. Since this system is clearly equipped with racing genes, the sound is accordingly deep in the lower and middle rpm ranges, while being loud and aggressive at higher rpm. With our valve-controlled exhaust system your vehicle truly sounds like a GT Race Car.

To really get things on paper, iPE makes a Dyno run for the Porsche 991 GT3 equipped with iPE Titanium exhaust. The readings are very convincing – power increase with +28.4Hp at 7300rpm and torque increase with 31.3Nm at 6300rpm.

Headers (or exhaust manifolds) are the first piping of the exhaust system that directly connects to the cylinders of the engine and collects the exhaust gases into one pipe. The purpose of headers is to increase performance by enhancing the exhaust flow for maximum power gains.iPE headers are specifically designed for maximum performance. Thanks to the precise calculations of pipe length, pipe diameter, and pipe bending, iPE headers generate optimal flow of exhaust gases which results in maximum power gains. If you are looking for best performance, weight reduction more power and sound, these optional headers are a must!

 

COMPLETE EXHAUST SYSTEM IN TITANIUM SILVER:  After a while the silver systems get a very nice blueish tone.

 

VALVETRONIC MUFFLERS IN TITANIUM GOLD – What is Valvetronic?  All iPE exhaust systems come with a Valvetronic muffler. A Valvetronic muffler (or valve-controlled muffler) includes exhaust valves which can influence the stream/flow of the exhaust gases. The exhaust valves can be controlled manually as well as automatically. The inner structure of the muffler (also called back-box or silencer) are individually designed with the emphasis on upgrading performance and sound, in terms of torque and horsepower as well as sound volume and sound character.

 

VALVETRONIC MUFFLERS IN TITANIUM GOLD – Advantages of iPE:s Valvetronic: iPE’s Valvetronic exhaust systems essentially upgrade two aspects: performance and sound. Performance: When the valves are closed, torque can be increased enormously at the lower rpm range. When the valves are open, dramatic horsepower gains can be reached at the higher rpm range. Sound: With closed valves, the exhaust sound is sporty but comfortably quiet. All vibrating, drone resonance (annoying frequencies inside the car at certain rpm) are cancelled out, so that the driver and passengers can experience a comfort and relaxed ride. TITANIUM BLUE TIPS: Cool racing heated tips for your performance car. All tips are imprinted with the iPE logotype. Optional for all systems.

We then adjust various parameters within the map such as fuel pressure, boost pressure (on turbocharged applications) ignition advance and throttle pedal control, amongst others to release the true performance from the engine. Typical gains with remapping is: 20-40% increased Power and Torque and better fuel economy, up to 15% fuel savings. Your car gets more responsive and drivability improves.

The original data is stored on a secure hard drive and can be reinstalled if you for some reason wants to get your car back to its original state. Our remapping team road test the car thoroughly and check out that all systems works perfectly before handing over the car to you. Normally we need two days for remapping and road testing. Before leaving the car to us, fuel it up as we need approximate half tank to road test the car. Price for remapping the Porsche 991 GT3 / GT3 RS is 19.900:-

The 991.1 GT3 RS with a 4.0 liter engine has original power/torque: 500Hp/460Nm improves with 5% to 525Hp/485Nm. iPE:s Titanium system adds even more power/torque! On iPE:s DYNO they measured an increase of 28.4 Hp at 7300 rpm and 31.3 Nm at 6.300 rpm. Together with remapping of your car it improves performance and handling beyond normal standards.
