Excellent exhaust system with Valvetronic for everyday use. The Porsche Macan S/ Turbo refined with an iPE Innotech Performance Exhaust system generates an excellent, powerful sound, but also allows for a comfortably quiet cruise by the push of a button when wished for.

Our Valvetronic exhaust delivers both power and dynamic valve control to the driver’s seat. The full system comes with a remote control module including 3 different modes: on, off, and auto.In on mode, the valves are fully open for maximum flow and power, releasing a breathtaking sportive sound with an incomparable clean tone especially when accelerating. In off mode, the valves are closed and volume is reduced for a comfortable cruise. The auto mode enables the system to detect the engine rpm and gas pedal signal to automatically adjust the valve movements for a dynamic driving experience.

Each part of the exhaust system is individually designed to perfectly fit the Porsche Macan S/ Turbo.

VALVETRONIC MUFFLERS  – What is Valvetronic?  All iPE exhaust systems come with a Valvetronic muffler. A Valvetronic muffler (or valve-controlled muffler) includes exhaust valves which can influence the stream/flow of the exhaust gases. The exhaust valves can be controlled manually as well as automatically. The inner structure of the muffler (also called back-box or silencer) are individually designed with the emphasis on upgrading performance and sound, in terms of torque and horsepower as well as sound volume and sound character.

 

VALVETRONIC MUFFLERS  – Advantages of iPE:s Valvetronic: iPE’s Valvetronic exhaust systems essentially upgrade two aspects: performance and sound. Performance: When the valves are closed, torque can be increased enormously at the lower rpm range. When the valves are open, dramatic horsepower gains can be reached at the higher rpm range. Sound: With closed valves, the exhaust sound is sporty but comfortably quiet. All vibrating, drone resonance (annoying frequencies inside the car at certain rpm) are cancelled out, so that the driver and passengers can experience a comfort and relaxed ride. With open valves, the exhaust sound becomes as sporty and breathtaking as it gets. The trademark sound of iPE can now be enjoyed without limitations.

 

CHROME BLACK TIPS: Cool racing look, imprinted with the iPE logotype. Chrome Black tips is optional to all iPE exhaust Systems.

 

TITANIUM BLUE TIPS: Cool racing heated tips for your performance car. All tips are imprinted with the iPE logotype. Optional for all systems.

 

CHROME SILVER TIPS: Standard tips, included in the system price. All tips are imprinted with the iPE logotype.

 

ECU remapping is when we take a read from the ECU’s processing chip of the vehicles standard tuning map. We then adjust various parameters within the map such as fuel pressure, boost pressure (on turbocharged applications) ignition advance and throttle pedal control, amongst others to release the true performance from the engine. Typical gains with remapping is: 20-40% increased Power and Torque and better fuel economy, up to 15% fuel savings. Your car gets more responsive and drivability improves.

The original data is stored on a secure hard drive and can be reinstalled if you for some reason wants to get your car back to its original state. Our remapping team road test the car thoroughly and check out that all systems works perfectly before handing over the car to you. Normally we need two days for remapping and road testing. Before leaving the car to us, fuel it up as we need approximate half tank to road test the car. Price for remapping the Porsche Macan 3.0 / 3.6 is 14.900:-

Optional Dyno Run
For all our clients we offer Dyno Run to really get the improvements on paper. You will get two readings to compare, first with original settings and secondly after remapping and installation of exhaust system. Availability of Dyno Run service is due to seasonal demand.

The Porsche Macan 3.6 with a 3.6 liter Twin Turbo engine has original power/torque: 400Hp/550Nm improves with 10/16% to 440Hp/640Nm. iPE:s Titanium system adds even more power/torque! On iPE:s DYNO they measured an increase of 9.0 Hp at 5300 rpm and 19.6 Nm at 4.100 rpm. Together with remapping of your car it improves performance and handling beyond normal standards.
